Gero suggests joining forces with Arashiyama to take down the Beast Master as they make their way to enemy headquarters. The two of them grow closer while spending the night in a cave to work out a plan. But the mood takes a sudden turn when Toshiro appears and snatches Arashiyama, pelting Gero with words calculated to bring out the killer in him. Gero pursues, only to come under attack from 100 members of the Beast Clan Branch Families, strengthened by Toshiro's "Cross-Sanguination." They slowly wear down the outnumbered Gero, until Kinosaki sends a "helper" his way. (Source: Official site)
