More and more people accept red balloons, which causes Nagi to go to Paisely Park to investigate. At the park, there are childhood versions of everyone who received a balloon and they attack her. A feminine Boogiepop arrives causes Manaka to fall from the Ferris Wheel. All the lights in the park go out, and Manaka appears to have greatly aged as a result of overusing her powers.
